We are committed to make your liquor purchasing experience as enjoyable and convenient as possible and this includes quick delivery service.

 We charge a delivery cost for every product on the basis of your postcode plus the price of the alcohol. Delivery charges will be applied based on your order be it single bottle or bulk. During the Checkout stage, you can see all the products you have selected as well as the delivery options available to you. Once you follow through all the steps to check out and reach the preview order page you will be able to see how much your shipping costs will be. You can then proceed to completing your order. Also note that delivery times are subject to availability of stock. Upon delivery of your product, you are required to be present at the given address to sign the receipt of delivery.

Returns & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns and replacements once the order has been received by a verified customer/recipient. However, we do make exceptions in few cases.

If you receive your order with one or more broken bottles, incorrect item or the item is spoiled, contaminated or otherwise not consumable, please reach out to us via email or call us. In such instances, you will be asked to return the product and will notify you further upon inspection. We will issue you a refund or send replacement bottles at our discretion. We may ask for a proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.
